Dr. Jessica Katz co-founded SancusMed with the belief – based on both personal experience and as a member of the quality committee at her institution – that there is a profound lack of standardization within the hospital quality review system. She has made it one of her life goals to raise awareness of gaps in the review process, educate stakeholders, and guide the institutions and individuals physicians that need help. Dr. Katz was raised in Cleveland, Ohio before earning her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, Doctor of Osteopathy from Des Moines University college of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, and completing residency at Mount Sinai Hospital of Chicago.  She currently lives in Solon, Ohio with her husband, four kids, and dog and is a skilled outdoor pizza chef and avid Cleveland sports fan.

For more than two decades, Dr. Lori Tucker has made her mark as a skilled and sought-after OB-GYN and voice for women and marginalized populations in the communities she serves, including as a staunch supporter of LGBTQ+ equality in access to healthcare and educational resources. Through her experience and research in all facets of peer and quality review, Dr. Tucker has become a trusted advisor on the nuances and requirements of the National Provider Data Bank, impartial and effectual peer/disciplinary review processes, and workplace advocacy. She earned her Bachelor of Science from West Virginia Institute of Technology, Doctor of Osteopathy from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed her residency at Wright State University.
HEATHER YANAK
Chief Operating Officer
Heather Yanak comes to SancusMed with over 20 years of global market experience as an advisor, C-suite operations and management consultant, executive, entrepreneur, and product creator. She is a credentialed and broadly recognized human resources subject matter expert and highly skilled in risk analysis, creating process improvements to drive positive change, and strategic planning. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University and holds a Juris Doctor from Columbus School of Law.
